Important Terms & Conditions

1. Early Bird offers, rebates or promotional benefits, wherever applicable, are valid only for bookings confirmed during the specified booking period.
2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Divya Prayag Heritage.
3. Applicable GST and government taxes will be charged extra wherever applicable.
4. Installments must be paid on or before the specified due dates.
5. A 10% late payment charge may apply if an installment is received within 30 days after the due date.
6. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the booking may be cancelled automatically and the applicable cancellation policy shall apply.
7. Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of the required payment and confirmation from our booking team.
8. In the event of government restrictions, natural calamities, or other force majeure events affecting the Kumbh Mela, revised operational policies will be communicated by the management.
9. Divya Prayag Heritage reserves the right to modify operational policies in accordance with directives issued by the concerned authorities.
