We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clear and transparent terms while allowing us to manage accommodation, staffing and other arrangements for the Kumbh Mela.

Please review the following cancellation terms carefully before making your booking.

30 to 59 Days before arrival	50%
15 to 29 Days before arrival	25%
Less than 15 Days before arrival	No Refund

Important Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation requests should be submitted to the booking team using the registered contact details or email address.
2. The applicable refund percentage will be calculated according to the number of days remaining before the scheduled arrival date.
3. Installments must be paid on or before the due dates.
4. A 10% late payment charge may apply if payment is received within 30 days after the due date.
5. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, the booking may be cancelled automatically and the applicable cancellation policy shall apply.
6. In the event of government restrictions, natural calamities or other force majeure events affecting the Kumbh Mela, revised operational policies will be communicated by the management.
7. Divya Prayag Heritage reserves the right to modify operational policies in accordance with directives issued by the concerned authorities.
8. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after approval of the cancellation request and completion of the required verification.
